We are in our 10th school year at this site although many of the staff have been together much longer. We came from another school that was sold and decided to leave together and continue what we started so many years before.
Six out of ten staff have been here for 9-10 years, which in turn keeps our turnover rate very low. Many of us have been working with young children for over 20 years. We love the consistency of our team.
